No company is perfect, but we're going to do the best we can!  Like any evolved human being, one has to "practice what you preach". To this end, the founders of ShadowCaster wrote and signed a company charter outlining characteristics which they believe foster a strong, healthy, and successful company.  Don't get us wrong; this is not the ten commandments. But it does mean a lot to us:
