Dyn2alias.fx
This free Dynamation clip-effect will export particles from Dynamation into PowerAnimators particle system, ready to be rendered. Here is an example quicktime movie that shows what can be done with this clip-effect.

This example shows the real power of dynamation. The letters emerge out of the particle set first as a function of their color, then the rest swirl about after a second. Note that this is all one particle object, and that all of the particles blob together. |
Dyn2alias.fx is free. The dyn2alias.fx is compatible with any version of PowerAnimator V.8 or higher. Note that this tool does not import Alias motion into Dynamation. If there is expressed interest in such a tool, we would gladly write one. Just e-mail us at: wish@shadowcaster.com if you want one.
The tar file you download will be a directory called dyn2alias containing dyn2alias.fx and a README file which contains the installation procedures.
